Both First Baptist Church Jackson and First Presbyterian Church partnered with us to provide food boxes for the families we serve through Mission First. Each box contained about 5 days worth of food—meat and nonperishable items were included.
Our Mission First staff worked together to distribute these boxes on our main campus on Thursday. Any and all Mission First families qualified for boxed goods—medical and dental patients, legal clients, OASIS, Ash Street, Peyton's House, and sports ministry's families. We are so grateful to our staff and these groups for helping all of our Mission First families!
The Mississippi Children’s Museum in partnership with Junior League of Jackson prepared Educational Activity Packets for our Neighborhood Christian Center OASIS students.
Rockey the Reader (Benjamin Wright), Shelby Sessums, Exhibits Assistant, and Phillip Weisenberger, Education Coordinator, helped distribute the kits on our main campus! We want to give a BIG thank you to MS Children's Museum for their help!
